Thank you for purchasing LUMOS Hot Stamping Pen. LUMOS Hot Stamping Pens sold by Aqualux Hybrid Chemistry Industry Ltd. come with a one-year warranty and repair service. To ensure your post-purchase service rights, please register your warranty card and related information online. Thank you!

For purchases made in Aqualux authorized stores, excluding glue pens, foil consumables, clearance items, and lucky bag gifts, a free repair service is available within one year from the purchase date (including a seven-day inspection period) if the hot stamping pen experiences heating issues or defects.

Please contact customer service first and send the product to "Aqualux Repair Department". We will assist you with the repair process.

Please note that the following situations are not covered by the repair service:

  1. Products exceeding the one-year warranty period.

  2. Pen body staining, wear and tear, or other human-induced damages.

  3. Purchases made from unauthorized Aqualux stores.
